1. I would like to set up a bookstall with Acharya Prashant books in my city. How do I get started?
To set up a bookstall with Acharya Prashant books, you need to fill out the application form available here. After submitting the form, the books team will contact you to guide you through the process.
2. I have filled out the application form for the bookstall but have not received a call. What should I do?
A team member will contact you within 7-10 days of submitting the application form. If you have not been contacted within this timeframe, kindly raise a query through the Contact Us page.
3. I am already setting up a bookstall and have some questions regarding book orders.
For queries related to placing orders for bookstalls, please refer to the "Placing Orders" section below. If your question is not addressed there, kindly raise a query on the Contact Us page.
4. I have questions regarding permissions for setting up bookstalls at specific events or locations.
To seek permission for setting up bookstalls at special events, institutions, or specific locations, email us at books.outreach@advait.org.in. Please include the following details:

5. I need bookstall banners and posters for display. Where can I get them?
Kindly message on the official WhatsApp group created by the PAF team for coordination regarding banners and posters.
Bulk Orders
1. I would like to place a bulk order of Acharya Prashant books for donation purposes. Where can I purchase them?
For bulk purchases of Acharya Prashant books, send an email to books.outreach@advait.org.in with the following details:

- Contact information
A team member will contact you shortly, and you will be able to purchase books in bulk at discounted prices.
2. I have a retail/wholesale business and would like to place a bulk order for sales purposes. How can I purchase Acharya Prashant books?

3. How to place a bulk order for Acharya Prashant Books?
To place a bulk order of books, you need to become a verified user.
- If you want to set up a bookstall and have not been contacted by our books team yet, fill the bookstall application form first here.
- If you want to purchase books for donation or retail/wholesale business, refer to "Bulk Orders" section.
- If you are already a verified user, log in using your credentials into your bulk-order account here.
After logging in, you can purchase books at discounted bulk rates.
Returns and Refunds
1. What is the return and refund policy?
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, for damaged or deficient products, grievances must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment through the Contact Us page. Please ensure to:
- Attach proof of damage or deficiency
- Provide the order ID
Resolution: After reviewing the submitted documents and proofs, we will communicate our decision to you.
Shipping
1. What geographies do you ship to?
We ship across all states in India. Orders can only be placed from within India and must have delivery addresses within Indian borders. In case your postal code is non-serviceable, the team will inform you in advance.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically dispatched within 7-10 days after the contribution is received. Delivery timelines vary based on the location and may take up to 15 days.

At present, COD is not available for bulk orders.
