Refund policy
The Foundation (PrashantAdvait Foundation) has a strict no reshipping and refund policy regarding books supplied to booksellers. However, in case of any genuine grievance, booksellers should notify the Foundation within 24 hours via email about any deficiency in the supply of books, including damaged products, and provide proof of the same.
The Foundation will correlate all available data, including information from the warehouse and delivery partner, to make a final decision regarding the issue raised by the bookseller, including the refund amount.
In any case, the Foundation will not provide the books again. If the bookseller's claim is found genuine, the decision will be limited to a refund for the damaged books. The bookseller will not be entitled to any compensation from the Foundation. The Foundation's decision will be final and binding.
